India Farcy novi play Montane 2003

Montana 2003 je u roster za novu sezonu dodala još jednu inozemnu igračicu, francusku razigravačicu India Farcy (176 cm, 2002), dokazanu kreatoricu igre i jednu od najistaknutijih bekova prošle sezone u bližem okruženju WABA lige.

U redove prvaka WABA lige stiže nakon izvanredne sezone s Piešťanskými Čajkama u slovačkoj Extraligi, gdje je bila jedna od pokretačkih snaga kluba na putu do finala lige. U 30 utakmica u prosjeku je bilježila 14.9 poena, 5.4 skoka, 4.5 asistencija i 2.7 ukradenih lopti, što svjedoči o njezinoj kvalitetnoj igri u oba pravca terena.

Farcy je prošle sezone stekla iskustvo i u EuroCupu, nastupivši u dvije utakmice uz prosjek od 5.5 poena, 1.0 skoka i 2.5 asistencije.

Prije dolaska u Slovačku, Farcy je dvije sezone (2023. – 2025.) provela u TK Hannover Luchse u njemačkoj ligi, gdje je osvojila Njemački kup 2024.godine. Njezina karijera uključuje i nastupe u Francuskoj, za Basket Lattes Montpellier Agglomération, Centre Fédéral BB Paris i Chartres.

Montana 2003 bolster backcourt with French playmaker India Farcy

Bulgarian side Montana 2003 added another import player to its roster by signing French point guard India Farcy (176 cm, 2002) ahead of the upcoming season, bringing in a proven playmaker and one of last season’s standout guards in the region.

The 23-year-old joins Montana 2003 after an outstanding campaign with Piešťanské Čajky in the Slovak Extraliga, where she was one of the driving forces behind the club’s run to the league final. Across 30 games, Farcy averaged 14.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.7 steals, numbers that reflect her two-way impact on both ends of the floor.

Farcy also gained EuroCup experience last season, appearing in two games and averaging 5.5 points, 1.0 rebound, and 2.5 assists.

Before her move to Slovakia, Farcy spent two seasons (2023–2025) with TK Hannover Luchse in the German league, where she helped the club win the German Cup in 2024. Her career path also includes stints in France with Basket Lattes Montpellier Agglomération, Centre Fédéral BB Paris, and Chartres, giving her a well-rounded résumé across three different European leagues.
