WABA 2 u novom formatu grupa

Nakon dvije sezone jedinstvenog formata, WABA 2 liga u trećoj sezoni 2026/27 uvodi novi format natjecanja.

Zbog rekordnog broja klubova koji sudjeluju — njih 10 iz pet zemalja — regularni dio sezone igrat će se u dvije grupe s po pet klubova, dvokružno.

Utakmice će se igrati po turnirskom sistemu, s domaćinstvom svakog kluba, od kraja IX.mjeseca do kraja I.mjeseca 2027. godine.

Dva najbolja kluba iz obje grupe plasirat će se na Final Four, koji je planiran za sredinu ožujka 2027. godine.

WABA 2 League: Third Season to Feature New Group Format

After two seasons under a unified format, the WABA 2 League will introduce a new structure for its third season 2026-27.

Due to a record number of participating clubs — 10 clubs from five countries — the regular season will be played in two groups of five clubs each, with teams facing one another twice.

Matches will be played in a round robin, home-and-away format from the end of September through the end of January 2027.

The top two clubs from each group will advance to the Final-Four, scheduled for mid-March 2027.
