U Zagrebu rekorderka WABA U17 lige

Nakon jednogodišnjeg odsustva se je Zagreb vratio u WABA ligu i prvo pojčanje je rekorderka pa broju skokova (39) na jednoj utakmici WABA U17 lige Lea Vukić (183 cm, 2007).

Vukić je posljednje tri sezone sa Trešnjevkom 2009 igrala WABA U15 i WABA U17 ligu. U sezoni 2023/24 je sa 21.5 poena i 12.5 skokova po utakmici bila drugi strijelac i skakač lige. Odigrala je 13 utakmica te u prosjeku bilježila još po 2.4 asistencija, 1.3 ukradenih lopti i 0.2 blokada. Sa Trešnjevkom 2009 je osvojila brončanu medalju.

Vukić je zablistala na posljednjoj utakmici Superlige protiv STARTza kada je ostvarila triple-double sa 20 poena, 10 asistencija i nevjerojatnih 39 skokova s kojima je ostvarila novi rekord WABA U17 lige po broju skokova na jednoj utakmici.

Zagreb inks WABA U17 single game rebounds leader

After a one-year absence, Zagreb is headed back to the WABA League. The first reinforcement of the club is Croatian forward Lea Vukic (183 cm, 2007), who is a player with the most rebounds (39) in a single WABA U17 game.

Vukic arrives from the city rival Tresnjevka 2009 where she played the last three seasons in the WABA U15 and WABA U17 Leagues. In the latest one, Vukic averaged 21.5 points (ranked 2^nd), 12.5 rebounds (ranked 2^nd), 2.4 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.2 blocks in 13 WABA U17 League games, helping the team to win the bronze medal.

Vukic shined in the last game of Superleague against STARTz registering a triple-double with 20 points, 10 assists and 39 rebounds, making her the new all-time leader for the most rebounds in a single WABA U17 game by one player.
