Šampionke predstavile Delaynie Byrne

Aktualni WABA šampion Budućnost Bemax je predstavio prvo pojačanje za novu sezonu – Delaynie Bryne (190 cm, 2000).

Američka krilna igračica dolazi iz Caledonia Gladiatorsa gdje je glasanjem trenera i kapetanica bila izabrana za najbolju šestu igračicu britanske superlige. Na 20 utakmica je u prosjeku bilježila po 11.3 poena, 7.6 skokova, 1.6 asistencija, 0.9 ukradenih lopti i 0.5 blokada.

Byrne je sa Caledonia Gladiatorsima osvojila Kup natjecanje British Trophy. Bila je to njezina prva sezona u Europi.

U NCAA ligi je igrala za University of Minnesota, University of Nevada-Las Vegas i University of Northern Colorado.

Buducnost Bemax makes Delaynie Byrne its first addition

Defending champion Buducnost Bemax made the first addition for the next season by inking American forward Delaynie Byrne (190 cm, 2000).

Byrne arrives from Caledonia Gladiators, for whom she averaged 11.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.5 blocks in 20 British SuperLeague games last season. She was named Sixth Player of the Year, following a voting process involving the League’s Head Coaches and Captains. In her first season in Europe, Bryne won the 2025 British Trophy.

She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2024. Byrne played for other colleges, the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and the University of Minnesota.
