MVP U15 MVP regularnog dijela: Anais Gobec

Anais Gobec (173 cm, 2011) je dominirala regularnim dijelom WABA U15 lige 2024/25 i osvojila trofej najkorisnije igračice (MVP).

Slovenska krilna igračica Janine je najbolja u čak pet statističkih kategorija! Starter je bila na svih 10 ovosezonskih utakmica te je prvi strijelac lige (prosjek 29,2 poena), skakač (18,1), asistent (6,2), po ukradenim loptama (7,7) te po indeksu valorizacije (PIR) sa nevjerojatnim prosjekom 45,0. Gobec je također imala 1,3 blokade po utakmici, što predstavlja treći najbolji prosjek u ligi.

Gobec je time prva igračica u povijesti WABA U15 sa dva uzastopna naslova MVP, budući da je i prošle sezone bila najkorisnija igračica regularnog dijela.

Gobec je prošli mjesec postala prva igračica sa MVP naslovima u obje mlađedobne WABA lige (U15 i U17) od 2017.godine dalje kada su se počele dijeliti nagrade.

WABA U15 Regular Season MVP: Anais Gobec

Anais Gobec (173 cm, 2011) truly dominated the 2024-25 WABA U15 regular season and earned the MVP trophy. Slovenian forward of Janina led all players in five statistical categories! She started all 10 games this season and averaged league-leading numbers in points per game (29.2 points), rebounds (18.1), assists (6.2), and steals (7.7) for an amazing performance index rating (PIR) of 45.0. Gobec also produced 1.3 blocks per game, the third-highest in the league.

Gobec became the first player in WABA U15 history to win the award in back-to-back seasons as she was the MVP of the WABA U15 regular season last season.

Gobec, early in April, also became the first player to win the regular season MVPs in both youth leagues (U15 and U17) since 2017, when the award began.
