MVP 9.kola: Oderah Chidom

Aktualni šampion Cinkarna Celje je skor popravio na 8-1, koji je najbolji u ligi, te osigurao 1.mesto u grupi B zahvaljujući velikoj pobedi u gostima protiv Partizana 1953 sa 76-65. Najzaslužnija za već sedmi uzastopni trijumf je bila Amerikanka Oderah Chidom (193 cm, 1995) sa indexom 39 koji je najviši u dosadašnjem delu sezonu i time je osvojila naslov najkorisnije igračice (MVP) 9.kola BTravel WABA lige 2017-18.

Chidom je bila najbolji strelac utakmice sa 28 poena. Za dva poena je šutirala 12-15 te slobodna bacanja 4-5. Bivša igračica univerze Duke je imala još 8 skokova te po 4 asistencije, osvojene lopte i blokade.

Reigning champion Cinkarna Celje improved their record to 8-1, best in the league, and secured first place in Group B thanks to a big road win at Partizan 1953, 76-65, whose main contributor was American center Oderah Chidom (193 cm, 1995). Her performance rating of 39, the highest among all players in WABA League all season, had earned her the of the MVP of 2017-18 BTravel WABA League Round 9.

Chidom scored a game-high 28 points om 12-of-15 two-point shooting and 4 of 5 free throws. Former Duke player also grabbed 8 rebounds, handed out 4 assists and had 4 steals and 4 blocks.
