MVP 8.kola: Blaža Čeh

Slovenska razigravačica Blaža Čeh (181 cm, 2003) je bila MVP Final-Foura 2023 i osam mjeseci kasnije u je svojoj 62.utakmici u WABA ligi prvi puta osvojila naslov najkorisnije igračice (MVP) kola WABA lige koju igra već petu sezonu.

Čeh je sa 22 poena bila najbolji strijelac uvjerljive pobjede Cinkarne Celje sa 92-65 na gostovanju kod drugoplasiranih Orlova. Za dva poena je šutirala 7-9, za tri 2-4 te pogodila oba slobodna bacanja. U statistiku je upisala još po 5 skokova i asistencija te 3 ukradene lopte za index valorizacije 29 koji je najvišji u 8.kolu grupne faze WABA lige 2023-24.

Čeh je već treća igračica Cinkarna Celje sa MVP naslovom kola u ovoj sezoni. Jite Sophia Gbemuotor je bila MVP 1.kola, a Thayna Silva MVP 4.kola i 7.kola.

2023-24 WABA Round 8 MVP: Blaza Ceh

Slovenian point guard Blaza Ceh (181 cm, 2003) of Cinkarna Celje was the MVP of the 2023 WABA Final-Four, and only then did in her 62^nd career WABA game earn her first MVP of the Round in five seasons in the competition.

Ceh led her team to a 92-65 road win over second-placed Orlovi. She scored a game-high 22 points 7-for-9 shooting from two-point range, connected on two 3-point shots out of 4 and made both free throws. Ceh pulled 5 rebounds, distributed 5 assists and had 3 steals for a performance index rating of 29, the highest of the 2023-24 WABA Group Stage Round 8.

Ceh is the third Cinkarna Celje player, after Jite Sophia Gbemuotor (Round 1) and Thayna Silva (Round 4 and 7), to win this season’s MVP title.
