MVP 17.kola: Larisa Ocvirk

Cinkarni Celje je u pretposljednjem, 17.kolu WABA lige 2018/19 za prolaz na Final-Four trebala pobjeda protiv drugoplasirane Crvene zvezde i Larisa Ocvirk (187 cm, 1997) je jednom svojih najboljih igara aktualne vicešampionke vodila od velikog trijumfa 93-51 te osvojila naslov najkorisnije igračice (MVP) kola.

Ocvirk je u u WABA ligi debitirala još 2012.godine te je ostvarila četvrti double-double u sezoni sa 12 poena (šut iz igre 4-8 sa trojkama 3-5) i 11 skokova. Imala je i 3 asistencije, jednu osvojenu loptu te 3 blokade, s kojima je postavila rekord karijere u WABA ligi. U zbiru je to index valorizacije 27 koji je najviši među svim akterima 12.kola WABA lige 2018/19

Ocvirk je drugi puta ove sezone i treći puta u karijeri MVP kola WABA lige.

With her team in a need of a victory to get a Final-Four spot, Larisa Ocvirk (187 cm, 1997) used one of her career-best performance to lead Cinkarna Celje to a big 93-51 win over second placed Crvena zvezda, and in the process earn herself the MVP honor for the 2018-19 WABA League  Round 17.

Ocvirk, who debuted in the WABA League as a teenager in 2012, posted her fourth double-double of the season with 12 points on shooting 4-of-8 from the field including 3-of-5 from 3-point range, and 11 rebounds. She also collecting 3 assists, 1 steal and a career-high 3 blocks for a performance rating index of 27, the best of all players in Round 17.

Ocvirk earns this honor for the second time this season and and the third time in her career.
