Jordyn Jenkins iz WNBA kampa u Celje

Cinkarna Celje je u renoviranje rostera za novu sezonu krenula potpisom američke krilne igračice Jordyn Jenkins (185 cm, 2002).

Jenkins je posljednje tri NCAA godine igrala na University of the Texas San Antonio (UTSA). U prošloj sezoni je nakon 28 odigranih utakmica imala prosjeke od 18.3 poena, 6.9 skokova, 1.1 asistencija, 1.4 ukradenih lopti i 1.1 blokada. Glasanjem 14 glavnih trenera konferencije AAC je bila izabrana za najbolju igračicu godine.

U NCAA ligi je debitirala u sezoni 2020/21 sa University of South Carolina.

Jenkins je sredinom IV.mjeseca potpisala ugovor za WNBA trening kamp Las Vegas Acesa.

Cinkarna Celje began preparing for its 2025-26 WABA season by signing American forward Jordyn Jenkins (185 cm, 2003).

She arrives from the University of Texas at San Antonio (NCAA), where she spent the last three years. Last season, Jenkins posted 18.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1,1 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 blocks in 28 NCAA games.

She has been named the 2025 American Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Year, as voted on by the league’s 14 head coaches.

Before her time at San Antonio, Jordan made her NCAA debut with the University of South Carolina in the 2020-21 season.

Jenkins signed a WNBA Training Camp Contract with the Las Vegas Aces in mid-April.
