Iz WABA lige u prvaka Eurolige

Crnogorska razigravačica Marija Leković (166 cm, 2003) iz Budućnosti Bemaxa je naredna igračica sa iskorakom iz jedne najboljih razvojnih liga u Europi na najveću scenu, nakon što je potpisala trogodišnji ugovor sa aktualnim šampionom Eurolige Fenerbahče Alagoz Holding.

Leković je u sva tri stupnja WABA lige igrala ukupno šest sezona. Osvojila je WABA ligu 2020., igrala finale 2021., 2022. i 2023. te finala WABA U17 lige 2019. i 2020.

U četiri sezone (2019-2023) seniorske WABA lige je odigrala 61 utakmica sa prosjecima 9.0 poena, 3.4 asistencija, 2.3 skokova, 1.5 ukradenih lopti i 0.1 blokada.

Marija Lekovic joins Euroleague champion Fenerbahce

Montenegrin point guard Marija Lekovic (166 cm, 2003) of Buducnost Bemax is the next player to come out of one of the best development leagues in Europe, the WABA League, and is moving up to the charts after signing a three-year contract with the EuroLeague champion Fenerbahce Alagoz Holding.

Lekovic spent six straight seasons in all three levels of the WABA League, winning a WABA championship title in 2020, reaching the Finals in 2021, 2022 and 2023 plus the WABA U17 Finals in 2019 and 2020.

During four WABA seasons (2019-2023), she played 61 games and averaged 9.0 points, 3.4 assists, 2.3 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 0.1 blocks.
