Prvo pojačanje Cinkarne Celje za predstojeću sezonu je brazilska reprezentativka Isabela Lyra »Ramona« (180 cm, 1994).
Krilna igračica je prošlu sezonu igrala za Montanu 2003. Na 14 utakmica WABA ligi je imala prosjeke od 13.4 poena, 6.6 skokova, 3.7 asistencija, 2.1 ukradenih lopti i 0.2 blokada, trenutno igra u brazilskoj ligi za Sampaio.
Lyra, poznatija pod nadimkom Ramona, je sa košarkom počela u Mangueira Petrobasu, zatim je u rodnom Brazilu igrala još za Guarulhos/Fumguaru, Sao Jose/Colinas Shopping, Sampaio Baskquete i UNINASSAU Basquete te u Španjolskoj (Zamarat, Valencia) i Portugalu (Barreiro).
Reprezentativka Brazila je od 2014 godine, prije toga je u razdoblju 2011-2013 igrala za mladu reprezentaciju (U19) Brazila s kojom je 2011.godine na juniorskom prvenstvu Svijeta osvojila brončanu medaju.
Sa naciolnanim timom je sudjelovala na olimpijskim igrama 2016 u Rio de Janeiru i prije dvije godine u Limi na Panameričkim igrama gdje su Brazilke osvojile naslov prvaka. Lyra je zaigrala na 5 utakmica sa prosjecima od 3.4 poena, 1.6 skokova, 1.2 asistencija i 1.4 ukradenih lopti.

Slovenian champion Cinkarna Celje made the first addition to its roster this offseason by inking Brasilian National team member Isabela Lyra »Ramona« (180 cm, 1994).
Lyra arrives from the Bulgarian side Montana 2003, where she averaged 13.4 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.1 steals and 0.2 blocks in 14 WABA League games last season. She is now playing at Sampaio in Brazilian LBG League.
Lyra, better known by nickname Ramona, grew up with Mangueira Petrobas and has already played for Guarulhos/Fumguaru, Sao Jose/Colinas Shopping, Sampaio Baskquete and UNINASSAU Basquete in her native Brazil plus in Spain (Zamarat, Valencia) and Portugal (Barreiro).
Lyra has been also a member of the Brazilian international program for some years. She has regularly played for the Brazilian senior team since 2014 and previously for U19 National Team between 2011 and 2013.
Lyra also represented Brazil at the 2016 Olympic Games and at the Panamerican Games in Lima (Peru) two years ago. Her team won Gold and her stats at that event were 5 games: 3.4ppg, 1.6rpg, 1.2apg, 1.4spg.
