Blaža Čeh prva Slovenka u Studiu Zagreb

Novo pojačanje Studia Zagreb je jedna najprepoznatljivih igračica WABA liga, slovenska razigravačica Blaža Čeh (181 cm, 2003)

Iako će tek krajem godine napuniti 23 godine, Čeh u WABA ligama igra već puno desetljeće. Počela je 2016. godine u WABA U15 ligi za Konjice, naredne sezone je u obje mlađedobne lige igrala za Ježicu, od 2018. do 2025.godine za Cinkarnu Celje te prošlu sezonu za Partizan 1953. Ukupno je u svim ligama odigrala čak 143 utakmice.

U WABA ligi je debitirala početkom 2020.godine. Odigrala je ukupno 105 utakmica, šest puta uzastopno bila sudionik Final-Foura te u statistiki ima 1029 poena (pogodila 147 šuteva za tri poena), 331 skokova, 476 asistencija, 228 ukradenih lopti, i index valorizacije 1325.

Čeh je sa Cinkarnom Celje osvojila WABA U17 ligu 2020., čak tri puta u nizu WABA ligu (2022, 2023, 2024) te je bila MVP Final-Foura 2023.

Blaža Čeh će biti prva Slovenka u redovima Studia Zagreb.

Blaza Ceh Becomes First Slovenian to Join Studio Zagreb

Studio Zagreb’s newest addition is one of the most recognizable players in the WABA League, Slovenian point guard Blaza Ceh (181 cm, 2003).

Although she will only turn 23 at the end of the year, Ceh has already been playing in the WABA League system for a full decade. She started in 2016 in the WABA U15 League with Konjice, played for Jezica in both youth leagues the following season, represented Cinkarna Celje from 2018 to 2025, and spent the last season with Partizan 1953. In total, she has played 143 games across all regional selections.

She made her senior WABA League debut at the beginning of 2020. Since then, she has appeared in 105 games, reached the Final Four six consecutive times, and recorded 1,029 points (including 147 three-pointers), 331 rebounds, 476 assists, 228 steals, and a total Performance Index Rating (PIR) of 1,325.

With Cinkarna Celje, Ceh won the WABA U17 League in 2020 and claimed three consecutive senior WABA League titles (2022, 2023, 2024), while also earning the Final Four MVP honor in 2023.

Blaza Ceh is set to become the first Slovenian player to wear the Studio Zagreb jersey.
