Beroe doveo Jaklin Zlatanovu

Beroe je formiranje ekipe za novu sezonu nastavio angažiranjem bivše bugarske reprezentativke Jaklin Zlatanove (190 m, 1988).
Poslednje tri sezone je bila u španjolskom prvoligašu Mann Filter Zaragaoza. U sezoni 2018/19 je do ozljede u XI.mjesecu odigrala sedam utakmice Lige Femenine sa prosjecima od 12.0 poena, 10.6 skokova, 0.6 asistencija, 0.7 ukradenih lopti i 1.0 blokada.
Zlatanova je karijeru počela 2000.godine u Levskom iz Sofije. U Bugarskoj je igrala još za Rilski Sportist i Dunav Ruse, a u inostranstvu u Francuskoj (Tarbes Gespe Biggore) i Španjolskoj (Extrugasa Vilagarcia, Gran Canaria La Caja de Canarias, Rivas Ecopolis).
Za razne reprezentacije Bugarske je igrala puno desetljeće i sakupila preko 100 nastupa. Debitirala je 2003.godine u kadetskoj reprezentacije, a posljednji puta je dres Bugarske nosila 2012.godine u kvalifikacijama za Europsko prvenstvu, kada je sa prosjekom 14.1 poena bila najbolji strijelac reprezentacije.

Beroe adds Jaklin Zlatanova at power forward

Beroe continued building its roster for the coming season with the addition of former national member Jaklin Zlatanova (190 cm, 1988).
Zlatanova arrived from the Spanish side Mann Filter Zaragoza where she spent three seasons. In the latest one, she averaged 12.0 points, 10.6 rebounds, 0.6 assists, 0.7 steals and 1.0 blocks in just 7 Liga Femenina before she suffered the season-ending injury in November.
Zlatanova started her career with Levski Sofia in 2000 and has already played for Rilski Sportist and Dunav Ruse in her native Bulgaria plus in France (Tarbes Gespe Biggore) and Spain (Extrugasa Vilagarcia, Gran Canaria La Caja de Canarias, Rivas Ecopolis)
Zlatanova has been part of the Bulgarian national team since 2003 when she competed for the first time with the Cadettes team on the European Championship Challenge Round. Since then she has played more than 100 games with the youth and women’s representative team of the country. The last time she took part of the official’s games, during the EuroBasket campaign in 2013, she was the top scorer for her team with an average of 14.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.
