Beroe doveo i Sarah Boothe

Beroe je za nastavak sezone pojačala američki krilni centar Sarah Boothe (195 cm, 1990).

Boothe je sezonu 2020/21 počela u grčkom prvoligašu OA Chania te nakon tri odigrane utakmice imala prosjeke od 12.3 poena, 9.0 skokova, 3.7 asistencija, 1.0 ukradenih lopti i 3.7 blokada.

Boothe se vrača u WABA ligu gdje je u sezoni 2017/18 igrala za drugi bugarski klub Montana 2003. Sa indexom valorizacije 20.5 je bila druga najbolja igračice lige. Zaigrala je svih 20 utakmica sa prosjecima od 14.8 poena (sedma u ligi), 8.9 skokova (druga), 1.8 asistencija, 0.9 ukradenih lopti i 1.2 blokada (treća).

Boothe je vrlo iskusna košarkašica te je igrala na već tri kontinenta: u Australiji (Boomers, Lady Cobras), Europi (Widzew, Kazanočka) te u SAD (Stanford University).

U Australiji je osvojila 2019.godine osvojila nacionalno prvenstvo NBL1.

Beroe adds Sarah Boothe

Beroe continued to strengthen its roster for the rest of the season with the addition of American forward center Sarah Boothe (195 cm, 1990).

Boothe already started the 2020-21 season at OA Chania in Greek A1 League. In three games she averaged 12.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.0 steals and 3.7 blocks per game this season.

Boothe returns to the WABA League after playing for Montana 2003 in 2017-18. She averaged 14.8 points (ranked 7th), 8.9 rebounds (ranked 2nd), 1.8 assists, 0.9 steals, 1.2 blocks (ranked 3rd)  and the second-best PIR 20.5 in 20 games that season.

Boothe is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball she experienced life in four different countries playing on three different continents. She is familiar with European, Australian and of course North American leagues. Boothe has played previously professionally in Australia (Boomers, Lady Cobras), Poland (Widzew), Russia (Kazanochka).

Boothe won Australian NBL1 championship title in 2019.
She attended Stanford University until 2012.
