2019 Final-Four: Beroe

Najbolja ekipa regularnog dijela WABA lige 2018/19 je Beroe sa skorom 11-3.

Beroe će u polfinalu igrati protiv domaćina završnog turnira Cinkarne Celje s kojim je u ligi imala skor 1-1. U 6.kolu je 2.XII.2018 na domaćem parketu pobjedila sa 79-74, dok je 13.II u 15.kolu u Celju poražena sa 68-90.

 

2018-19 WABA League regular season champion Beroe finished with an 11-3 record.

Bulgarian team will meet Cinkarna Celje in the semi-finals with which had a 1-1 score in the league season.

In the Round 6, on December 2,  2018, Beroe outscored Cinkarna Celje by 79-74 in Bulgaria, while in the Round 15 on March 2, the Bulgarian team has been defeated by 68-90 on the road.

 

Tatyana Gateva, Beroe coach: »Our first aim was to qualify for F4 and we are happy that we complete it with best balance of all teams in the season so far. Despite that the standing stands us against the home team which is one of the best in the WABA League. We are preparing for the matches by the best way we can eventhough it is difficult because our foreign players have not official game for more than 20 days. I believe that if we play clever and calm we got our good chances in the semi final with Celje and after that the cup will be one step closer.«
