Beroe sa reprezentativkom Stefkom Mitevom

Najbolja ekipa grupne faze WABA lige 2016/17 Beroe se je pred početak Superlige Top 8 pojačala reprezentativkom Bugarske Stefkom Mitevom (191 cm, 1989).

Miteva je lani igrala za Nefothimik 2010 iz Burgasa te je na 20 utakmica bugarskog prvenstva imala prosjeke od 7.6 poena, 8.9 skokova, 1.1 asistencija, 0.9 osvojenih lopti in 0.9 blokada.

Miteva je bila reprezentativka Bugarske u kvalifikacijama za Prvenstvo Europe 2017 godine. Oidgrala je četiri utakmice i za 19.5 minuta ostvarivala po 2.5 poena, 4,8 skokova, 1.3 asistencija i 0.5 osvojenih lopti.

Miteva je već igrala za Rilski Sportist Samokov i Levski Sofija u Bugarskoj, Leon i Joventud Mariana u Španjolskoj, Crack Blue Cats Ieper u Belgiji i AS CBST Alexandria i CSB Ala Iulia u Rumunjskoj.

Beroe inks national team member Stefka Miteva

Beroe signed Bulgarian national team member Stefka Miteva (191 cm, 1989) to reshape its squad ahead of the WABA Superleague Top 8.

Miteva arrives from the fellow Bulgarian side Neftohimik 2010 of Burgas, for whom she averaged 7.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks in 20 Bulgarian League games last season.

She represented Bulgaria at the Qualifications to European Championships 2017, averaging. 2.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 0.5 steals over 19.5 minutes in four games

Miteva has already played for Rilski Sportist Samokov and Levski Sofia in Bulgaria plus Leon and Joventud Mariana in Spain, Crack Blue Cats Ieper in Belgium and AS CBST Alexandria and CSB Alba Iulia in Romania.
