U Budućnost Bemax i Chyna Ellis

Nova članica Budućnosti Bemaxa je Chyna Ellis (185 cm, 1996) . Amerikanka igra na poziciji krilnog centra i prvi puta dolazi u Europu.

Studentsku košarku je četiri godine igrala za kolidž South Alabama University. U prošloj sezoni je nakon 34 odigranih utakmica NCAA lige imala prosjeke od 13.7 poena, 8.7 skokova, 1.6 asistencija, 0.9 osvojenih lopti i 3.1 blokada. Bila je šesti bloker NCAA lige, u kojoj je na 12 utakmica ostvarila double-double učinak, dok je na jednom meču imala i triple-double: 12 poena sa po deset skokova i blokada.

Drugi puta u posljednje tri godine je bila izabrana za najbolju defanzivnu igračicu konferencije Sun Belt te u idealnu petorku. Ellis je bila prvi strelac i skakač South Alabame te rekorder po broju blokada (324) u istoriji pomenute konferencije.

Buducnost Bemax made the addition of American Chyna Ellis (185 cm, 1998) for the upcoming season.

Ellis arrives from South Alabama University where she played college basketball for four seasons. In the latest one, Ellis averaged 13.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.9 steals and 3.1 blocks in 34 NCAA games.

She was named Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year for the second time in three years. She also claimed a spot on the All-Sun Belt first team.

Ellis, who was also Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year in 2015-16, leads the Jaguars in scoring (13.8 points per game) and rebounding (8.7). She is the school and Sun Belt’s all-time leader in blocked shots with 324.
